 " Thai Spinning Industry Co., Ltd. Has Started from a small sweater factory to supply first for local market. By continuing in the policy Concentration in Quality and Response to Customer our Products have been developed and then become worldwide exported to many countries such as America, Europe,Asia and Australia.
     In order to provide next step of confidence to our clients we decided to expand to the upper stream which is yarn spinning and dyeing with modern techonlogical applied. Many new equipments and machineries have been developed to be fully automatic and mor computerize control of which we can ensure that our clients will be satisfied to our products.

The Dyeing Laboratory is based on four main machines, which are
1. Aupet of Kurabo to computerize the composition of dye stuff
2. Kurabo Dispenser
3. Labortex Sample Dyeing Machine
4. Computerized Color Matching by Kurabo

TSI's Yarns are distributed to both Domestic and International Markets. We are the Yarn Frontrunners in Thailand who aim to export to many countries, especially to Markets such as in South America, South Africa, Australia, and the Middle East. Presently our International Customers are located in Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India.

   Every Objective of all Marketing Actions derives from our Conglomerate Policy which is to minimize costs / lost, to keep quality and delivery to maximize Customer 's Satisfaction as well as our own Organization and Performance.
Being proactive TSI believes that a new future of break - through yarns will be discovered helping all goals coming true.

   To support both internal and external requirements, TSI's dyeing factory plan boost the capacity to reach 10,000 kg per day and make the outcome with the high acceptance standard to the customers.

Dyeing Capacites :
Spray Dyeing Machine S1 : Capacity 5 kg - 10 kg. Reserved for quick response only
Spary Dyeing Machines S2, S5, S6 : Capacity 50 kg - 100 kg. For high bulk doudbe yarn max. 80 kg.
Spary Dyeing Machines S3, S4 : Capacity 150 kg - 200 kg. For high bulk doube yarn max. 180 kg.
Cablinet Machine : Capacity per Batch approx 300 kg - 400 kg, depending on the of year.
Piece Dyeing Machine : Capacity 60 kg.

     In the Dyeing Factory the Q.C will cheek color fastness for washing, color fastness for rubbing, color shading and eveness of dyeing very batch of dyeing.

     A "Daylight Box" helps identifying our dyeing Performace with Customer' s demands

Product

Spinning Factory
     Spinning Factory has 6,316 spindles with an average overall capacity of 6,000 kg per day. This applies for all yarn types.

Spinning-Description:

1.Worsted Spinning with renown machinery:
Kyowa Carding, Schumberger- NSC-Gilling & Finishing, Zinser, Spinning, Murata,,Winding & Doubling.
The average productivity per day is 6,000 kg in yarn count 25- 32 NM.
2. Semi-worsted spinning has an average capacity 800 kg /day
of roving yarn.

3. Fancy twisting: With an average of 300 - 500 kg/day, the
machinery can create many extravagant effects to add higher
value to the yarn.

Quality Control System : All spinning processes are monitored permanently according to a Q.C. Schedule. Sliver and Yarn Count are checked over 24 hours. Since its introduction USTER, well known for Standards of Quality Control Reports has been used by the factory.

     The Company's Executive Management has put forth in the Research & Development of the Company's Efficiency to gain advantages competing for the Markets. The target of 25 - 30 new Yarns per month was set primarily heading for a number of 40 to 60 in the future.

     To support both Internal and External Requirements, the Dyeing Factory plans boosting capacities to reach 10,000 kg per day making the outcome to reach high levels of Standards demanded by TSI 's Customers.

     Presently, TSI proceeds the color matching per order within three days for 100% Acrylic, 100% Wool, Acrylic/Wool, Acrylic/Nylon and 100% Cotton. Due to the increase of orders during high season this time can be extended to five days, especially for orders containing more than 5 color shades. In the near future we plan to accomplish the laboratory color matching with in one day.

     We are also dyeing on commission base. These orders mostly come from domestic customers.
